PROJECTS

These are some of the projects I have done at Central Washington University.

Multiple Stacked Box Lift (Senior Project)
The Multiple Apple Box Lift is a  device that will lift several rows of apple boxes off of several other boxes of apples. The purpose of this device was to lift the top half of stacked apples boxes on a pallet in order for the boxes beneath to be accessible. The concept will be proven at a 1/10th scale model.

Air Motor

This is a project that was built in CAD/CAM. The motor is not continuous at this point. The timing in the intake and exhaust are out of time, its a work in progress. All the parts were designed in Solid Works. Then with the Solid Works add on HSM Works, 3D tool paths were generated. After the 3D tool paths were generated the code was transferred to the school's CNC mill and lathe to machine the individual parts.

Paper Hole Punch

This hole punch was built in basic machining.

CAD/CAM Hammer

This hammer was built in the advanced machining class my junior year in college. All the parts were programmed manually. Then they were transferred to our schools CNC mill and lathe.
